Any player that register for WUSC intramural program and then chooses to withdraw will receive a refund minus $25.00. After the first week of regular season play (typically the first Saturday after Labor Day) there is no refund permitted without the WUSC Executive Board approval. Such hardship request must be submitted in writing to the WUSC Registrar.
When a player registers with WUSC he is immediately then registered with East Hudson Youth Soccer League and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association. A uniform is also ordered at the time of registering. These are fees that WUSC does not get refunded for a player withdrawing.
Travel players will be charged $50 plus additional costs that they may have incurred. Travel players will receive no refund after the start date of August 1.
